Professional profiles

Project Manager

Project Managers orchestrate our SW development projects.
In this position You work as a link between Codemate and the client,
and make sure the project is carried out according to the plan.
Your team consists primarily of offshore engineers, but You also get support from our local staff.

Experience in project management is required in this position.
Basic understanding on software development is a big plus.

Mobile Developer

As a Mobile Developer Your main task is developing different utility programs, gadgets and games on mobile phones.
We are focused on Android, iOS and Qt platforms. We expect You to have experience in application development on at least one these platforms.

Team working skills with our local and off-shore development personnel are needed in this position. You get a plus from having a creative mind regarding user experience and UI design.

Liferay Developer

We have various large scale projects going on that are implemented with Liferay. There is a growing need for qualified Liferay developers in our team also in the future.

The basic requirement for this position are understanding on:
-JSR 168 and 286 Portlets.
-Liferay Plugin SDK
-Liferay Themes

You get a plus for knowledge on:
-Liferay Ext
-Liferay Hooks
-Alfresco
-Openfire

UI Designer / Javascript Developer

In this position You design creative user interfaces for web-based applications and participate in the UI implementation process.

Required skills:

-jQuery, HTTP protocol basics, HTML, CSS.
-Creativity in creation of great user experiences.

Web Developer

The highest number of our employees are web developers with diverse technological expertise.

To be succesfull in this task requires team skills, dedication towards different web technologies and experience in creating web applications with at least some of the following technologies.
PHP, Python HTML, Java Script, CSS. We expect understanding on HTTP protocol and basic knowledge on databases.

The following skills are a plus:

Software Specialist

We have a need for specialists in various technologies, Java EE being one of the most important. Our specialists work as mentors, coordinators and consultants in various projects where the particular know-how is needed. In the most demanding projects our specialists also participate in the software implementation process. 

The following skills are necessary for a specialist :

  • Great social skills. You have to be able to cooperate with our clients and with Codemate's international team.
  • Deep expertise in the selected technology or technologies
  • Experience in large web projects, scalability and performance
