Sales Support Solution
Codemate developed a web-based sales support program for Jaicom Oy, that revolutionized the client's business model. Previously the sales support program had desktop installation which limited the sellers to the specific work stations. The desktop program was possible to be sold only as a one-time licence.
The new web-based solution made it possible for the users to access the program despite the workstation and operate all the data in real-time. The new Kayak Lite solution also enabled Jaicom to offer the program as a service with monthly payment. Maintenance costs were also decreased as no installing for the workstations is needed and updates are readily available when they were released.
