We are hiring a Sales Manager to boost Codemate’s business growth in Singapore and in the region.
As a Sales Manager your goal is to create and nurture close professional relationships with our target customers and partners. You consult the Customers’ business and tech people and ensure a good position for our designers and tech team to make a successful delivery. Essentially, you help the customers in improving their operations and growing their business with new digital solutions.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Execution of strategic Sales, Customer Relationship and Account Management activities in Singapore and in other APAC countries where opportunities arise.
- Provide market feedback regarding customer needs and responses to company offerings, to develop the service portfolio.
- Work closely with other branch offices, teams and partners to generate best possible proposals, solutions and deliveries for the local customers.
- Participate in marketing activities, such as digital campaigns and customer events.
- Existing business network in Singapore.
- Understanding of software consultancy and UX design agency domain.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B solution or service sales.
- Fluency in English. Chinese and other languages are a plus.
- Great interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business
